【switch】【工具】《大气层特斯拉2.0整合包》下载

tesla插件已修改为L Ddown开启菜单，默认L Ddown RS，除tesla外，其余插件默认不启动，如需启动在deepsea工具箱里设置。

可覆盖大气层整合包，switch13.2.1系统亲测。

【禁止某插件自启】

删除atmosphere/contents/某插件title/flags/的boot2.flag文件
